Completing this application allows our team to review and establish a line of credit based on your company’s qualifications. If your organization qualifies for tax-exempt status in Arkansas or any other state that participates in the Streamlined Sales Tax Registration System (SSTRS), please complete and submit this form. Approved documentation ensures that applicable sales tax is not charged on qualifying purchases. If your state does not participate in the Multi State Streamlined Sales Tax program, please submit your state’s tax exemption form instead. Customers eligible for tax exemption in Missouri should submit this form along with any required supporting documentation. Once approved, your account will be updated to reflect your tax-exempt status for Missouri transactions. Please download, complete, and return the applicable form(s) using the instructions provided on each document. Our team will review your submission and confirm once your account has been updated.
